What would you say if I told you that it is possible to stay free from illness 365 days a year? That simple methods, habits, movements and choices can cleanse and heal your body from the inside out. Its possible! I’ve been working with the body for over 35 years. I have a 7 year-long anatomical Osteopathic training and I never cease to be amazed by how easy it is to keep the body healthy. I absolutely LOVE to spread this knowledge. My passion is to help people obtain and maintain health and wellbeing. Over last 10 years I have only had to make changes to my schedule two times because of illness. 2 times! So something clearly works.
One of the keys to staying healthy is to understand that your consists of interconnected systems that influence each other. For example, when you become aware of how your thoughts and emotions affect the body physically, you have the ability to control what you focus your mind on and how you take care of your emotions. You can learn how to recycle in your body!
