Registration:
- € 200 registration fee is required to reserve a place on the course (€ 200 registration fee includes VAT for private individuals and excludes VAT for businesses and organisations). Your place on the course is reserved once payment has been made to Unfold Life and Business Transformation AB.
- Participant below the age of 18 must provide parental consent upon booking.
Course fee:
- Course fee must be paid to Unfold Life and Business Transformation AB by the latest 45 days prior to the course starts.
- If payment has not been made by this date, the place on the course is no longer reserved.
Cancellation policy:
- The registration fee is not refundable upon cancellation of a course.
- Upon cancellation earlier than 30 days prior to the start of the course, tuition fee and accommodation will be fully refunded.
- Upon cancellation later than 30 days prior to the start of the course, 50 % of the tuition fee will be refunded. Accommodation is not refundable.
- Upon cancellation later than 15 days prior to the start of the course, no refund will be made.
Postponement:
In the event that we must cancel a course prior to its start, registration fee, course fee and accommodation will be fully refunded. In the event that the course will be postponed by more than six months, you are able to cancel your registration and the course fee and registration fee will be fully refunded. The same applies if the course dates are changed in a way that affects you considerably.
Illness:
In the event of illness, course fee and accommodation will be fully refunded if a medical certificate can be provided. Registration fee will not be refunded. The participant may, within one yea, use the course fee and registration fee to participate in another Unfold Transformation course.
Treatment of personal data under the Personal Data Act (PUL):
To facilitate administration, Unfold Transformation stores your name, address, and which course you attend. The information is used in our customer database in order to distribute information about our course range and activities. If you no longer wish to receive information from Unfold Transformation, please contact us.
